Our Chilli Peppers are grown in litre pots. The flower mainly in the summer months produce plenty of fruits ranging in colour and heat. The prefer to be planted in a sunny spot or somewhere that is only lightly shaded in well drained soil.
Chilli Pepper are generally available from week 25 to week 33 (please check our availability list)
Apache
Despite their compact size the pods of the apache chilli pack a real punch!
It’s Scoville rating is 80,000 – 100,000 SHU and is has a fine spicy flavour.
It is ideal for growing on windowsills and in patio containers due to its compact size. It is also very popular in Asian cooking.
Height up to 45cm.
Basket of Fire
Easy to grow and regarded as being highly ornamental this chilli has a bushy habitat that makes it ideal for growing in hanging baskets and patio containers.
Its Scoville rating is about 80,000 SHU so packs quite the punch.
Used in many Asian recipes and is particularly popular for salsas.

Cheyenne
An early ripening chilli that bears a generous crop of hot – medium sized peppers that mature to a warm orange.
The are of a medium heat at 40,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.
Used in cooking and salsas.
Height up to 45cm.
Jalapeno
Named after the Mexican town of Jalapa, Jalapeno are one of the most well known chillies.
It is on the milder side on the Scoville heat rating at 8,000.
It is commonly used for stir fries, curries and as a pizza topping. Also, very popular in Mexican and Caribbean cooking.

Demon Red
It enjoys a smaller growing habitat so ideal for windowsills and patio containers. It produces small glossy scarlet coloured pods and is perfect for a broad range of recipes especially Thai red curries.
It has a fiery kick reaching up to 50,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.

Scotch Bonnet
Neat and compact ideal for growing in small spaces. Its one of the hottest peppers and used as a fiery kick in Caribbean and Asian cooking
